Business Lines
SKB is primarily a manager of private equity, acquiring and managing a high quality, diversified real estate portfolio of value add assets.
SKB is also an opportunistic maker of bridge loans, an acquirer of mezzanine secured debt loans and a provider of equity to select developers.

Formed in 1993, SKB is a fully integrated real estate private equity firm based in Portland, Oregon. Investment types include office, retail and industrial. SKB also periodically provides equity to select developers of ground-up development projects located in the Western United States.
